Why do fast food restaurants have such a hard time keeping employees? Look into your lead staff, I could never have treated a human the way the manager at this location just treated her employee in front of us, I felt so bad for guy! All about, “look what you caused for me”, I told you….blah, blah, blah. AWFUL. We went through the drive-thru, its starting to get busy and I was a General Manager of restaurants so I get it. The guy on the speaker was rushing us and cutting us off the entire time, and we had to repeat it four times. We get to the window and after him reading it back perfectly, we were missing half of our $40 order. One item wasn't on the ticket and he told us it was on them since it was read back correctly, but then as they were handing it to us decided to charge...read full review
