7-3-25. My mom and I came through the drive-thru to get lunch. We got a chicken quesadilla with No cheese and no sauce among other things. We pulled over to check my quesadilla to make sure it was right and it had cheese on it. I was livid because this is not the first time they have made my order wrong, in fact this is the umpteenth time they have screwed it up. I walk into the restaurant and the two people that took my order couldn't figure it out. After about 10 minutes of waiting they finally gave me my remade quesadilla. I'm so frustrated because every time we come to this location, you guys mess it up and waste more of our time.

I like when my order isn’t taken by a methhead and messed up completely.
This place is so nasty, I saw cockroaches running out the door to throw up!!! It is TOO NASTY for a human to enter!!!! The restrooms had to be cleaner than the dining room!!!!!!
I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt the first time they gave me absolute garbage but it’s becoming consistent. Items are missing, they’re out of stuff, things are sloppy, rice is COMPLETELY burnt, etc.
But I draw the line at my burritos. Arguably the most important item on their menu besides the tacos.
Every single one of our burritos today were slapped together like someone lost both their hands, went blind, and had a traumatic brain injury. It looked like a bean crime scene. I don’t expect *much* honestly but this was below the bare minimum. A normal bean burrito probably had about as much filling as a tiny party burrito with a massive tortilla.
UPDATE: I went by again today (my bf is a fan regardless) and something felt… different. The service was good! The window attendant was lively and friendly. Food came out quick. AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING IN THE BAG!! Finally!! Nothing was gross and sloppy. They had new containers for to-go!
Hopefully they continue like this from now on. I’m altering my stars to reflect my new experience. If I visit again with a similar experience I’ll go to a full 5 stars.
I just went there and I received old burritos that weren’t even what I ordered! I got party burritos instead of regular burritos. Their value is not worth what you pay for!
Slow and out of meat again.

Picked up a beef big fricken' burrito on the way home to hold me over to a late dinner. It was hot, freshly prepared and delicious. I was glad I stopped!
One star is way too generous for their food! The 91st & Sheridan store is downright unclean and nasty! The tacos were so greasy, they were completely inedible! It's time corporate payed a visit to this store. I suggest a complete reboot. Adios, from a longtime customer of 14yrs!
They smoke inside, they ignore you, very rude to everyone, and they refuse to send w2s to workers. All in all, I think this place should be remanaged.
Good enough for

The food was amazing and hot. Taco Bueno has always been a favorite of mine, however, finding a good location can be hard in the recent few years. This location nails is every time. It's always hot. Always fresh. The staff is doing and amazing job. Props to the GM. 👍 👍
