Haven't been in a while because the food and service was sub-par. However I was pleasantly surprised to give it a try after about a 5 year hiatus. It was so good that for the next 2 days after that I had it for lunch!! So yummy, thank you!!

Definitely not the best Bueno you've ever been to. But hey it's Bueno and it's cheap if you order the right stuff. Most of the workers are pretty friendly and hard-working here. A few rude and lazy spoil your trip if you get stuck with them.

Tragically understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for a small, simple order. They continue taking orders without being able to fulfill the ones ahead in line. Only one very slow moving employee in preparing orders. Another taking orders but not preparing. The third employee somewhere in the back, who occasionally comes to the front but does not work on orders and disappears to the back.

This store always has their lobby closed mid day. Went there on a Saturday at 2p and only their drive through was open. This seems to be a common occurrence for this store.
Food wasn't bad, but as usual- they did forget my (large) queso..but I checked it right when I left the drive-thru.. I pulled up so I could run inside to get it, I was the only customer there, she literally went thru my bag, like she didn't believe me- before making me the queso she forgot. I mean it was kinda rude, because it was their mistake, not mine. But I did get the queso. Just thought it was weird.
Avoid this bueno, it is not like others in tulsa. It is drive-through only, extremely understaffed, and puts out poor quality food. Other Bueno in Tulsa are great but not this one. I've been burned about five times by the location until I learn to stop going.

SO FOUL. I got a mexidips and chip - the easiest item on the menu to make. The beans were topped with a pool of clear grease and veins of some sort of emulsified fat. I literally didn't notice until I ate all of the chips that the edges of the to-go box were filled with a greasy fat something-or-other that looked like Crisco. The whole meal was oozing with disgusting fluids. I ate the chips and gave everything else to the dogs, and they wouldn't touch it. This place is disgusting. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This GM needs to go.
