Amazing customer service! Manager has an incredible memory, I’ve seen her greet customers by their names and recite their orders before they even get to the register. They aren’t perfect but they fix things no questions without hesitation and with comedy.
Great customer service while taking my order, food and smoothie came out fast even during the lunch time rush. The team looked to communicate well, and was a good experience overall.
I like to come here for my lunch break at work bc it's quiet and not busy. But it takes too long due to lack of staff when I'm on a time crunch. Management needs to have more people staffed at night time. Not the workers fault. But management needs to schedule more people.
