Was not greeted at all when I walked in today, wasn't even acknowledged when I was standing at the register to make my order.. the time was 1:37pm when I walked in and I walked right on out at 1:47 pm.
I don't mind waiting, but what I do mind is not even being acknowledged and get a greeting of; thank you for coming in, we'll be right with you!
Waiting ten mins without an acknowledgement isn't good customer service!!!
don’t come here expecting to be acknowledged. and if you’re in a hurry, this is the last place to go. if you’d like to wait 45 mins for a smoothie, be my guest!
