I walked in to pick up my smoothie and I wanted to vomit because it smells so bad!! I have no idea what the smell was, but it was awful. I don't to come to this location often and I was reminded again today why that is. The smoothies aren't cheap and every time I get one here, it isn't filled to the top. Maybe it's just me but it aggravates me. I of course didn't say anything because I was just glad it tasted the way it was supposed to. Do better!
This location sucks I live next door so it's convenient for me on my way to work. But everytime I've came in here NO MATTER WHAT TIME it is they take forever. And that's not even getting your food or drink. Everytime I've stand in line over 5mins, and not one person said hi how are you or well be with you shortly ?. They look at you and go back to whatever it is that they are doing. Top it off you can tell they are fully staff. So ?♀️ what the problem...
Two days ago I ordered the smoothie on the app and by the time I arrived my item was ready. Madison assisted me. She was professional, prompt, and welcoming. I was highly impressed and returned yesterday and on my way there to order again.
