Wendy's in Tulsa

“My burgers and fries were OK.
The burger might’ve been sent a little way too long to be served, but I’m the lucky one. I got it.
The counter service was awesome, I ordered a baked potato for the wife to go when my food came up. I asked him about it. He had placed her baked potato underneath the warmer until I got done eating my dinner. I thought that was pretty nice of them I wouldn’t have thought of that.“

“Don’t ever eat Wendy’s really, it was close by so I decided to stop in. Extremely nice cashier with good energy took my order & took my name. By the time I was done filling my drink she called my name with my food. Insanely fast, but it was all hot.

Food was great. Noticed the cashier say bye to another customer by name so I thought wow she knows her regulars by name. As I’m leaving she says bye Ali! Aside from everything else being great that was the final thing that made me want to leave a good review. Keep it up!“

“I was having such a frustrating night when I got there that I was close to tears. The night crew was so funny and positive that it truly turned my whole mood around. Thank you! The food was hot and exactly as I ordered it, the service was lighting fast. I will be returning“

“I want to leave a review for my recent visit to Wendy's. The person who assisted me, Holland, went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my time at the restaurant. Holland, a cashier with a smile that could melt anyone's heart, made me feel truly welcome. Her service was extraordinary and personal, as she takes great care of each person who walks through the door. I gave three stars for the food simply because it's fast food, but when it comes to service and atmosphere, this location is the best in Tulsa, or perhaps in all of Oklahoma.

“I’m leaving this review for a manager named Sabrina. I made a door dash order and it had a missing item. And the remaining burgers were entirely wrong. However, I brought the wrong items up to the location and she immediately went into action. She made the burger that was missing. She remade the 3 others that were wrong and she offered frosties for the kids. We opted for cookies. But she did phenomenal. I simply wanted the food made correct and Sabrina went above and beyond. I respect accountability and she took full accountability and made it right. Managers like this should be up lifted. So Sabrina I hope you see this review because you deserve it. Great job. Door dash just has that disconnect sometimes. You did amazing. Thank you“

“This new Wendy’s opened up right by our house. Tonight was the second time we have been in. Both times have been absolutely wonderful. Now, I am known for posting bad reviews. You have to be really good for me to post a good one. I expect you to do your job. But when I give a good one, that means you’ve been better than what is expected, done more than good. The employees were always pleasant, no they were happy and treated us as though they were happy to see us.

Tonigjt, my wife and I walked in about 9pm after playing pickleball. The young man was helpful, cheerful and even laughed at my horrible jokes. Maybe laughed at me. lol … I don’t know. The manager came over when it was time to pay to key in our military discount. She was just as awesome as the you man. Everyone in there seemed happy as if they had a great working environment.

The place was clean and well kept. Thank you for what you’ve done. And thank you for being close to us.“

“Did a drive thru order for a quick meal. The gentleman taking our order was pleasant, patient and helpful. Ordered three no.1 Dave hamburger meals with fries and drinks. The burgers and fries were good and hot. The burgers actually looked like someone took time in putting them together. I normally see drive thru food that has been thrown together without any care, so this was a nice surprise. Cannot really say much about atmosphere since it was a drive thru order.“

“There's something about the linoleum that all of you Wendy's use that somehow when people come in with tennis shoes on is extremely slippery and I may want to find something else to use on your floors besides the counter tile that is down there now“
