11/20/24 I visited your establishment and used the drive-through service. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I discovered that I had been given a cold single Burger instead of the double burger that I had paid for, and to top that, the food was cold. Due to time constraints, I was unable to return to the restaurant to rectify the issue. In light of the current challenges faced by businesses in attracting customers, I believe that this experience may have negatively impacted my perception of your establishment.

Slow, poor management overall. No drink options in the lobby except what no one wants. Didn't have what I ordered so got something different and they didn't even give us what I ordered as a 2nd option. So I had to go back to the front. It's was a mess in there.

I Don't even know how this Wendy's is still in business it is absolutely horrible. I mean horrible . The customer service sucks the food sucks they don't have nothing hardly on the menu. Please replace with something else

Terrible Wendys. They messed up my order forgetting to give me a salad they already made and coke zero . I don't find out until Im home and had to drive all the way back and they made me wait in the drive thru and then made me come in. They were too busy having fun to care about the work clearly. Most ghetto Wendy's I've ever been to. I moved out here a YEAR ago and every time I've gone the are out of 80% of the drink options. I have yet to see them have Dr pepper. I just started pulling up, looking through the window at the drink machine, oh look no drinks, AND LEAVING. Only incompetent trash management would allow something so trivial as stocking drinks to drive away business.

Always opens late ⏰ Supposed to open at 6:30 it’s 6:40 and the store is still closed even tho it’s people inside. They won’t even answer the drive thru
