Today is 11/26/2025 at 8:58pm went to get some burgers for a group of 20 people, and when I got to Wendy's they were closed. They are open til 12am employees had parked there car blocking off the drive thru and shut the lights off the parking lot was full of people wondering the same thing

The food was middling, but that's not the workers' fault, they made it to specs. They were quite busy when I picked up my mobile order in drive thru, the staff worked efficiently to keep the line moving. Our order was correct to the letter, and the employees were friendly.

So they stopped taking orders at 1030 two delivery drivers were told there was no order when in deed there was one on Uber one on door dash and GrubHub yes tried all three all three drivers were told the same thing then I went to the store where e they had all the lights off and were standing there talking and laughing mind you this is only 11 pm where online they say open til 12 pm so they didn't even acknowledge me in the driveway and as I was driving away the young man at the counter was laughing and nodding his head back and forth so I have e tried calling them 6 different times today and no one answers I guess this wendys could care less about profit or customer satisfaction

Tried calling to cancel a wrongly placed order, but unfortunately they cant bother answering a phone, neither can the so called customer service. A joke. Edit: Customer service contacted, advice? Call the store that doesnt answer the phone. Planned Incompetence.

Make sure you check your order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, no lettuce, no tomato, extra mayo. It came with lettuce, tomato, and barely any mayo. My fries were cold & they didn’t put my sauce for my nuggets in the bag. I asked for mustard only on the hamburger & it did not come with mustard.

There is NO WAY they remade my order 3x. Then handed me a cold burger. Lady at the window said it’s cold I said yes. She said did we make it right this time. I said yes but it’s cold. Like it was next to a drink. She just said okay and shut the window.

Went drive thru with my boss (Eve, keep up the good work. Your service was memorable.)purchased two biggie bags w/ JBCs, was asked several questions about sauce and received none. My burger came ketchup only, when I returned it manager said there's that kids burger (basically). I mentioned not receiving any sauce, they offered but all I had left was me burger. Which was made horribly! I'd visit again though, can't be disappointing ever time.
