Always a solid experience!
This Whataburger location is clean, well-run, and always delivers quality. The staff works hard to keep the line moving, the orders are accurate, and the food is always fresh. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do — from the friendly greetings to the attention to detail. Definitely one of the top Whataburger spots in the area.
My boss had a terrible experience at the Roswell, NM location. The employee was not only rude but insulted her and her family. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but she knew what she was doing and who my boss is. Corporate is gonna hear about this.
Re: La Porte, TX location on Main.
Ordered through door dash and was missing a kids meal. Door dash said they were told everything was there. Called the store and snarky manager said I’d have to come up there or get a refund from door dash. Hmmm, refund, guess that grandkid can go without food tonight, right? The whole point of door dash was so I wouldn’t have to get out but sure I’ll drive up there to pick up my food that YOU forgot to put in my order. I’ve seen all...read full review
