“We traveled to Vinita so that I could visit the home of my pioneer grand and great grandparents, the Franklins and the Williams. In my 70+ years, I had never been to Oklahoma. We very much enjoyed our time there. Little did we know that we would discover a new favorite eating place, Clanton's. We ate there as often as we could and every meal was just like home cooking, absolutely delicious. The servers were so kind and accommodating. The owner even took time to visit with us. In two weeks we will be traveling back to help a relative move to Tulsa and we have scheduled time to visit Vinita and of course, Clanton's!“

“Camping overnight at RV park on 69, Big Cabin, looking for a place to eat. We asked this officer in town what places are there to eat at. He recommended Shing Kee chinese food place. We are glad he did. Our meals were delicious. I would recommend this place to other out of towners looking for something other then the Mexican or Burger places.“
