Waited 15 min while they made online orders an drive thru orders very rude unprofessional

My daughter and I walked in to order sandwiches. No one greeted us even though there were four employees visible. One finally came to take our order...no greeting, just "what do you want?" I felt like I was bothering her.Then, she took my order then walked away, not even attempting to take my daughter's order...we were separate checks.Another employee came and, grudgingly, it seemed, took my daughter's order.The first employee was making my sandwiches rather haphazardly. They were also making drive thru orders so I understand I might not have been the first to be made. However, I finally received my food. My daughter was handed her sandwich with a napkin ... She did not even get offered a bag.We drove home, both of us commenting on how we felt like we were interrupting their day by ordering food.When I got home, I unwrapped the first one because they were not marked in any way, so to determine mine from my husband's, I had to open them. I had his, but when I unwrapped the second one, expecting to find a BLT unwich, I found a turkey sandwich on bread. I got back in my car to rectify the situation and on the way, I called. The girl who answered told me it was, in fact, an unwich.Uhm...I know what lettuce looks like and that ain't it.When I got back, I gave her the incorrect sandwich and she not only unwrapped it, but searched through it as if I had hidden something, taken something or, perhaps, it would miraculously turn into an unwich as she touched it.I then had to wait several minutes before they even attempted to remake my sandwich. I feel that, as a customer who has to return to my place of business due to my mistake, that person should then not have to wait while you prepare the food for customers who came in for their initial visit after I had left the first time.Right now , I'm looking for another location close to me because mine was not the only order messed up at the time. someone else called while we were there to complain about missing or incorrect items. This is not okay. If you're in the service business, provide actual service.Dietary restrictions: I do not eat carbs due to medical issues, so eating the incorrect sandwich would not have been an option. Having to return to the store where I had been rather rudely treated once, to be even more rudely treated because I wanted what I ordered, has really put a damper on my desire for Jimmy John's.

We have ordered from this location 3 separate times on different days, and every order was either missing a sandwich or other items, or the items were not correct.

We usually go to the one on May and LOVE it! We didn't realize there was one closer to us on the NW Expressway. BIG mistake! Never again! First of all they do not toast the buns, but they do on May. I ordered two sandwiches. On one I was told that they would put the lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles on the side that way I could toast it at home, no problem. Got home and started to toast the one, unwrapped it and there was NO MEAT or CHESSE! I called and spoke with manager( which he was rude) and told him I would come up and get the meat & cheese. When I got there, walked in and the two young ladies that had helped me were not apologetic. Matter of fact one kind of gave a little laugh. Even the manager was not pleasant. And the buns where very hard on both sandwiches. As I said we will not go back to this location(NW Expressway) I didn't even want to give one star.

Worst Jimmy John’s location. Employees are rude, lazy and unprofessional. I walked out after putting in my order for the way I was being treated. Next time I want a sandwich- I’m heading to Jersey Mikes or even Subway.Whoever the manager is…. Get a grip on your employees. Life is not one big party, there are paying customers who walk through those doors.

Asked my wife to go to Jimmy John's today cuz I'm sick and only a Beach Club sounded good. It didn't fail. Very good sandwich. I'd give a five-star rating, but, after all, at the end of the day, it is a basic deli sub. A good one, though!

Hit the drive thru. I wanted to ask the window girl if they were abusing her in there... she barely spoke, and at the speaker, all she said was, "Jimmie's." At the window, she looked like a dejected pouting toddler that had been scolded. Again, she barely could spare a word. It was a very cold experience.

The Manager Mr. Appleton was very unprofessional, defensive even when his team failed several of us today. Sandwiches made, but no driver. Send a driver and ask for a refund of the tip and delivery fee and he cancels the whole order instead and claimed they “have too many orders and no drivers and that’s just the way it is.” No apologies or accommodations at all. My guy left without our lunch and the hour was wasted. Thank you Jimmy John’s.

Let me start off by saying the guy that took our order was great!The sandwiches were also great as usual.The problem was the delivery time.We ordered at 1:14 and our food wasn’t delivered until 2:10.When we ordered I specifically asked how long and was told 20 minutes.Yes that was a little longer than normal but still okay.We had family here that we’re driving through so we specifically ordered from Jimmy John’s because of the fast delivery.After about 40 minutes after I ordered I did call to check on the status of our order and was told they had a “rush” but our order was on its way.At that point we waited an additional 15 minutes. For our order.Our guests had to rush to eat since they needed to get back on the road.After waiting almost an hour and spending almost $50 on four sandwiches it seems someone could have called to let us know about the delay.Again the food was good but the customer service could have been better.

My wife went to this location and ordered a Turkey Tom asked to replace the tomatoes with cucumbers. Get all the way home took a bite and realized they put jalapeños instead of cucumbers. I get we all make mistakes so I called back up very respectfully and explained the situation she knew exactly what order it was and gave the excuse she couldn’t hear her and had to ask multiple times and my wife said she didn’t have to repeat it one time and then I was told to hold on and the “supervisor” she said she was put me on hold and I was on hold for 10min. So I hung up and then called back 11x, she would pick up the phone and say “Jimmie johns hold” and put me back on hold 3x out of the 11 the other times they wouldn’t answer. She said her name was Danielle and got VERY disrespectful. She told me multiple times “I’m not going to explain to you the lunch rush we have going on” but yet my wife was in that lunch rush and didn’t get what she paid for. Then made an excuse that she was on the phone with another person to issue the refund I also understand that if that’s policy but that excuse was after she had already told me about the lunch rush and didn’t have time. We’ve had many problems with this specific location but have brushed it off. I’m gonna go to corporate and the BBB on this one. I’m just shocked of how this lady got upset with me and rude because they messed up on my wife’s sandwich and got the word Cucumber and Jalapeño mixed up.
