My daughter and I walked in to order sandwiches. No one greeted us even though there were four employees visible. One finally came to take our order...no greeting, just "what do you want?" Asked my wife to go to Jimmy John's today cuz I'm sick and only a Beach Club sounded good. It didn't fail. Very good sandwich. I'd give a five-star rating, but, after all, at the end of the day, it is a basic deli sub. A good one, though!

Hit the drive thru. I wanted to ask the window girl if they were abusing her in there... she barely spoke, and at the speaker, all she said was, "Jimmie's." At the window, she looked like a dejected pouting toddler that had been scolded. Again, she barely could spare a word. It was a very cold experience.
