“For the majority of the time, they're very on time with our orders, the pizza is always extra cheesy and yummy, my children enjoy watching through the prep window at the store where they have it set up for kids. What I am puzzled about is an ongoing issue with delivery quality....we have received several mangled pizzas, or our door gets knocked on loudly even with our No Knocking signs posted. I always tip well, usually a mix of card and cash tips, I am not understanding why our pizzas end up lopsided, smashed together, accordioned, etc..“
