The customer service was good but it's 2:00 on a Saturday, and y'all got 2 workers? We were there for just about an hour because the line was to the door. It's not the workers fault it's the managers fault for not putting more than 2 people on the floor. The food was great but you need more people. We ordered online and was told our food was done but hadn't even started because there was only 2 people!! It isn't the workers fault! They were still super friendly and helpful.
Had to wait for couple working to finish whatever they were doing in back. Seemed as though I'd interrupted something... Priced WAY TOO HIGH for a sandwich, (over $10 for a six in. and chips, no drink.

The workers are always welcoming, pleasant and have great personalities. Customer service is awesome. The ingredients are always fresh and taste perfect. This is my first review and my pictures are not great but it is a meatball sandwich. They are deliciously messy.
