“the wife and I run karaoke on Friday nights . the atmosphere is relaxing with great people. the owners joe and Shannon are two of the best people you'll ever meet the bartenders are awesome. I recommend this bar to anyone who's looking for a place on weekends. Saturday night the acoustic shows are off the charts the singers are talented.“

“If you want to come to Cushing and go to the bar and enjoy yourself I would recommend this place they have pool tables jukeboxes a dart board mixed drinks and of course beer and a lot of food to choose from if you're hungry they have a nice setting they have a nice outside facility you know it's cold outside now and the white stuff well it's iffy there's some that are really not that good and then there are others that are very friendly I've been there a few times in the last few months but I'm not a drinker but I had a good time“

“This charming restaurant was such a pleasant surprise. With a full bar and exceptional menu, The Derrick exceeded our expectations. First I have to say...the truffle fries are amazing! The Gouda burger is made with locally sourced grass fed beef and was absolutely tasty and beautiful. The Nashville chicken sandwich was hand breaded, delicious and so filling I could only finish half. Our server was so warm, helpful, and fun. The Derrick is beautifully decorated in 20's/30's oilfield chic decor with a speakeasy area upstairs. We can't wait to return!“
