Their food is great but I only have 1 complaint, the place was not busy at all and it took us 30 minutes in order to get our food out. I would come here for food only if you’re patient.
Excellent customer service, wonderful drive-thru lady, such a pleasure to see a smile. They were so busy and still corrected my order with no complaints, and smiles on their faces!!! Awesome job guys keep it up!!!!!! Gentleman cashier who made our order right thank you! ☺

A&W Restaurant has inconsistent operating hours and drive-thru service. Orders can take a while, and food quality is questionable, such as the chili cheese dog with excessive mustard. However, the staff is polite, and some employees demonstrate honesty and respect, like the girl who returned a lost wallet to its owner.
