We are traveling from Texas and stopped at Golden Chick. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! Let’s start off with before 9 pm and dinning room closed only drive thru is open. Because they can not open drive thru with 4 staff. They were NOT busy. We were only people there. They messed up the order. When ask to fix it. I like going to golden chick because I really like the food, but I think I am done. I have given them several chances. First off when you order spicy tenders on the app, the order sent to the store is original tenders. They get mad when you show them what you ordered and ask them to correct it. The worst part about this is that I have given them SO MANY chances by contacting them and trying to let them fix it or asking them to contact me back. I ordered a 2 piece fish dinner. Restaurant was not busy. I'm behind another truck and an employee comes out the side door and tells me the total (I know I was listening when I ordered.) and she was hard to understand. I told her I was in line, and she wanted me to pay her instead of just waiting my turn. Why send an employee outside to get my money? Did you save any time? I told you to keep your food and I left.
