Me and my family have been to Golden Chick many times because, well, who doesn’t love fried chicken? Today we received not only fresh food but excellent customer service! I’m not sure if anything has changed within the restaurant but the two crew members and the manager on duty were courteous, friendly and patient. They were welcoming and helpful. I hope that this review is seen by their upper management because this is the kind of customer service that brings people back.

I was told by the cashier that they didn't have a button for the meal that I wanted because it was on the app and she wasn't willing to go any farther to help me. So while I was in the lobby I ordered what I wanted off the app. The food was great but the cashier lady had something to be desired. I also asked for a water cup and was told it was going to be .50 even tho I just spent $50+ on the food and drinks for my family. My kids like coming here because of the ice...
