This used to be my favorite place. But after yesterday‘s experience, which just is one of many bad experiences the past few months, I’m going to stop coming here. And it’s really a shame because I used to love HTeaO on Mustang Road. And it’s really close to my house.

The flavors they are truly amazing! Flavors you never would’ve even thought of for tea that are so addictive! Love it.
Absolutely amazing HTeaO location! The owner is very helpful, and the whole crew of employees are awesome and answered all my questions. Not to mention the store itself. I’ll definitely be going back!

The water is the best, and a huge iced water is a common go-to. However, the floor was so sticky it literally stops you in your tracks. Some customers feel that if the shop has filtered water, they should be making filtered tea, as certain employees are not doing it, resulting in undrinkable gallons. The staff is super nice and polite, with a young man named Preston doing an amazing job—swift, sweet, and going above and beyond with a smile. A young girl at the window with pink nails had an amazing attitude and gave great customer service. The drive-thru line can be long on Saturday, and prices are not a favorite outside of happy hour.
