I've been going here for almost 2 years now, considering there is not many bubble tea stores in my area, this is the only one readily available and closest to me that isn't a 20 minute drive. I was receiving minimal service to the point I was going to leave a review about my experience. However, today (I'm guessing a new worker- not too sure but I haven't met her before!!) gave me the best experience. She was especially sweet and very welcoming, making conversation...

My husband ordered for take way and it wasn't full. I am obsessed with milk tea and I expect to get what we paid for -- a full cup, not less because every drop counts. My husband is too nice to say something. If I was there I would've addressed it on the spot.

Owner really was helpful as I came back 30 minutes later to get a different flavour of a drink, and he was super nice and didn’t hesitate to get me a new drink. 100% would recommend
