An employee named Sierra provided immeasurable kindness and understanding when a customer with a severe pickle allergy needed a Big Mac remade. She corrected the order swiftly and safely, maintaining a calm, friendly, and professional attitude. Another employee, Jacob, is described as amazing, and customers ask if he is in before buying anything because he takes care of people. A staff member named Michelle also showed great customer service. She was kind enough to replace all orders without a grudge when a customer accidentally ordered a veggie burger and had an egg allergy. Two workers, Michelle and another lady with braids who is believed to be management, show respect and kindness, always looking out for what customers need. A regular customer noted that these workers always know their order. Even during an insanely busy day, the manager on duty was extremely kind, professional, and personable, with a positive attitude and friendly smile. However, one customer noted that a charger under a table was not working.
