Wrong meat on my sandwich. I ordered the Nashville deli sandwich. He put chicken on it. Refused to acknowledge me showing him the app offer was valid. Argued app doesn't have offers. Previous person before us asked for a specific bread he didn't have it. So that person walked out. Wasn't friendly. The person after us was telling him how he was there 6 weeks ago and everything was wrong. Fought with him over the app. Very bad service. Never again will we return and will not recommend.
Employee didn’t know the rules that the sub of the day combo comes w a fountain drink and chips OR two cookies, he told me chips are more expensive. Then gave me the food w no bag, not even a brown bag to put the sandwich in.
Won’t be visiting this location anymore - they lost a customer today.
From my mobile pickup order:
1 sub had a hair in it. Also it was a veggie sub and barely had any of the fillings requested. A veggie sub shouldn’t just be bread.
Another foot long sub only had meat on 1/2 of the sub.
