Horrible service from an incompetent server!
Horrible service. The new waitress is no good. She needs more training about Swiss Chalet policies.
The service at Swiss Chalet ( Salem and Taunton road) has been getting worse and worse. The server doesn't seem to know anything about Swiss Chalet. It seems she was never given any training. She doesn't know they serve desserts. She never ask the customer if they want it and gets the bill before they even finish their meal. She doesn't give you the "finger wash bowl" and when you ask her, she makes all kind of excuses. Eg it comes with certain meals only! One more thing: never...read full review

Swiss Chalet is a restaurant that stands out for its excellent service and management. On a busy Mother's Day, the staff handled a difficult situation with professionalism and calmness. The team worked efficiently to clear a long line of customers. Long-time server Maria has been providing stellar service, impressing customers with her fantastic attitude and kindness. Maria was an amazing server, accommodating and efficient, bringing food out promptly and checking often. She even gave a sweet Christmas card. The food and service were great. Customers will definitely come back to this restaurant, highly recommend. Parking is not a problem.
