Almost everytime I use this location, and it’s my closest location my order is wrong. Other times when drove thru is busy, I’ve gone in the store to be completely ignored. Another time they took my order, gave me the wrong drink, I told them this and they said “oh” and spent nearly 10 minutes “fixing” it, while I had my two young kids with me who were trying to be patient, but the wait was ridiculous for one simple drink.
