They have the worst service. You wait in the drive thru line for more than 10 mins with only two cars in front of you. They need to pick up the pace. Also they prices are high.

They don’t clean the ice cream machines it’s been over 3 weeks the hoods never been cleaned health inspectors need to go there they shut off broiler 8pm and serve the food after it’s been sitting hours fries are all ways reheated place is messed up to work for the people are so under staffed and owners don’t care about the people they serve prices are 3 to 4 dollars higher then Huron church dq stay away from this place

The first time I went I waited 22 minutes for a burger and fries. The second time I waited 25 minutes. You will never get my business again. All other fast food places take less than a minute. This is fast food, hurry it up. You will never last in this town, sorry.

The food is always good here, but if you're in a rush, find somewhere else. We went here at 8pm on a Sunday and with only 2 other customers in the store, it took 25 minutes to get 2 blizzards and 1 milkshake. We've been here multiple times at different points in the day and different days of the week, and the story never changes. The quickest we've ever received our order was 20 minutes. It's a good thing for them that their ice cream is good or they wouldn't have any customers at all.
I personally love DQ. But the staff working at DQ Amherstburg is very under trained. I literally order the same thing everytime but everytime they give me something different. everyone makes same thing differently. And they usually make my order wrong.Today I went near closing time, the blizzard they made me was already so melted that when I got it I could have drank it with a straw.And the girl gave me blizzard in a double cup which later I realised that the main blizzard cup was broken and dripping.

I walked in to review your ice cream cakes this past week. Absolutely nobody in the restaurant. In the 9-10 minutes that I waited for service, I probably could have emptied your freezer of all the cakes you had in there.. not impressed at
