I personally love DQ. But the staff working at DQ Amherstburg is very under trained. I literally order the same thing everytime but everytime they give me something different. everyone makes same thing differently. I walked in to review your ice cream cakes this past week. Absolutely nobody in the restaurant. In the 9-10 minutes that I waited for service, I probably could have emptied your freezer of all the cakes you had in there.. not impressed at

The food is always good here, but if you're in a rush, find somewhere else. We went here at 8pm on a Sunday and with only 2 other customers in the store, it took 25 minutes to get 2 blizzards and 1 milkshake. We've been here multiple times at different points in the day and different days of the week, and the story never changes. The quickest we've ever received our order was 20 minutes.
