Placed an order on the app for pickup. A small pizza and garlic bread. I called the store to find out when it would be ready and was told 5 minutes. Thought this was strange for making a pizza. Got it home and it was cold and mushy. Crust wasn't crispy and cheese was barely melted. There's no way it was made fresh and put through the proper oven. Good thing I used a gift card and didn't have to pay for this horrible food. Back to Domino's for me.

I ordered XL supreme pizza which was 27.99 on the overhead menu but was charged 28.99. I questioned the lady behind the counter why it was 28.99 instead of 27.99 and I was refunded without explanation.
After 10 mins I picked up my XL pizza and found it was separated in 2 boxes so I said it didn’t order these. The lady behind the counter said they don’t have the XL paper cardboard box so they made me 2 pizzas. She said XL has 16 pieces so she gave me the same numbers of pieces to me. She didn’t tell me any issues about the paper box when I ordered my pizza. She didn’t asked me if it would be ok for me. Then I found that 2 pieces (that were cut to 16 pieces) of the pizza she gave me was on promotion for 19.99 with 4 dips but I was charged 27.99 for these pizza that was on promotion and with no dips. It would be nice if she just be honest about that they had no paper box, pricing and everything or tell me about the issue before hand and offer me the alternative. Honesty is the best policy. If you want to do this kind of practice don’t let people find out.
JUST READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND OWNER RESPONSE….I DIDN’T ORDER BIG DIPPERS. I ORDERED XL SIZE PIZZA AND GOT THE ONES I DID NOT ORDER. NO TRANSPARENCY HERE ON YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

It was good experience in Pizza Hut , all the toping smells fresh and restaurant was too clean and staff was also friendly. I strongly recommend you to visit once.

I don't usually put bad reviews up because I will address them in person or over the phone. No one will contact me nor is the venue to contact Pizza Hut. I have been ordering here since they opened in Amherstburg but lately it has gotten bad. Today is the last straw, went to pick up ordering and the restaurant was disgustingly dirty, then the delivery driver comes in off the road and starts handling food without washing his hands. I've complained in store and on phone a couple times about other issues but no one ever contacts for the complaint. You have left no other alternative but to post online

Wonderful experience with excellent staff service and amazing deliveries response on door to door deliveries, all over pizzas are the best here. No compromise with the toppings used in pizzas, all fresh and mouth watering side kicks like fries, sticks and wings. One of my favourite pizza places in Amherstburg.

Vegetarian options: Must visit place for pizza lovers.
