The food was great but the waitresses were exceptional. Big shout out to Mya and Jamie for killing it on the patio - they’re service was exceptional and because of this we will be back🙏♥

I visited Riccardo’s Italian Restaurant today after arriving with the cruise ship from Windsor, and I highly recommend making a reservation. I booked the same day on Thursday at 11:30 AM, and they were able to accommodate me without any issues.

The restaurant offers both patio and indoor seating. The cocktails were excellent, especially the strawberry daiquiri — it was refreshing and tasted really good.

For my meal, I ordered the breaded yellow perch, and it was amazing. The dish came with four lightly breaded perch fillets, French fries, and a salad. The perch was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The only small suggestion I would have is for the garden salad the balance between lettuce and tomatoes could be improved, as there could have been more tomatoes or they could have been prepared differently. The dressing/sauce, however, was good.

They also provide complimentary bread and butter, which was average, but the main dish and cocktail were definitely the highlights. Prices are pretty good as well.

My server, Myah, was wonderful. The restaurant was busy, but she provided excellent service, had a great attitude, and made the experience even better.

I would definitely recommend this place. The fresh, tasty food, great cocktails, and friendly service make it worth visiting!

Great family dinner! All had different pasta courses and hubby had the steak. We all enjoyed every bite. Server was very good too.

Not sure what the hype is all about. Waited hours for our food and the waitress was grumpy. It was a hot one, and the waitress didn’t fill up my water once. I had to grab the water jug from her table and help myself. The food was alright though. Not worth all the hype 🤷🏼‍♀

I don’t get the hype. Food was good. Nothing extraordinary- service was so slow- got to the restaurant at 5- waited until 6:30 pm to get our food and the waiter was in a bad mood. Not worth the wait for the service and food being mediocre-

Like my German mother’s Italian. (Not a compliment). Dinner rolls were cold and I think came straight from Publix. Parm cheese was the sprinkle kind like Kraft. I’m pretty sure the bacon in the Caesar salad was bacon bits. My manicotti was mushy. Not impressed.

Excellent as always. All meals are excellent.

Recommended dishes: Veal Scallopini, Chicken and Veal Parmigiana, Lasagna, Arancini Rice Balls, House Salad, Lamb Chops, Salad Dressing, Chicken Marsala, Penne with Meat Sauce and Italian Meatballs, Mozzarella Sticks, Bruschetta Classica, Portobello Sandwich

Food was delicious, a little warm sitting on the patio, but the view was great!!

Great spot with great food. Their homemade Italian Dressing is a must. I don't think anyone could leave this place still hungry.

I came here for my birthday expecting a nice evening, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. Our server forgot to even place our appetizer order, and every time she came to the table she was so loud it felt disruptive instead of welcoming. At the end of the night, not all of our food was packed to go, which was frustrating.

I still left a generous tip out of kindness, but honestly, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time. If I ever see this server again, I’d walk out. For a restaurant like Ricardo’s, the staff should reflect the standard of dining you expect here.
