“I went to this location just about an hour ago and ordered 5 subs (with some coupons). There was only one staff member working, a nice young lady with her hair tied into a bun. This girl deserves a good amount of recognition from management-- she took her time and made each of our subs very well-- while we were paying, we saw a lineup of about 4 people had accumulated. One large, pompous old man decided to make a scene, asking "what the hell was taking so long?" I hope this dunce knows that his vision obviously isn't top knotch; if he had opened his eyes, he would have noticied that one staff member was working and doing her best. She remained professional through the harassment-- please management, give her a pat on the back for doing the good job she did handling that large order all alone, despite the unnecessary verbal harassment from that oaf of a man.“

This location was a bit busy when I visited, so it felt somewhat rushed overall. There wasn’t really much interaction with the staff, it was more of a “get it made, get it out” kind of vibe. I didn’t hear a greeting or feel a welcoming atmosphere.
What stood out most was how much they’ve scaled back on toppings. One of the main reasons I choose Subway is for the fresh vegetables, but when I asked for things like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, the portions felt really minimal. That was disappointing and made the sub feel less satisfying.
While things seemed kinda clean and service was alright , the overall experience felt a bit impersonal, and the value just wasn’t what it used to be. I may have to start looking at other options if this is there new way.
Tips if you’re going:
• If you notice they’re light handed with toppings, politely ask for more as it can be very skimpy.
• Keep an eye on what’s going on your sub and don’t be afraid to speak up.
• Prices have gone up, so it’s fair to expect a full, satisfying sandwich. If you feel shorted, you can ask to have it fixed right then.
