“This may just be the best subway in Cambridge. I think it's because they are located in the Lowes on Pinebush that they are not as busy as other locations, and therefore, they take the time to make a really good Sub. We've all been at a subway and know that Once there are 2 people in line, we all cringe while they make our sub in a panic... So, I only go here now, the staff are great and most importantly...they are consistently good!“
“Hello, today i visited this location. One indian girl was working I don’t know the name but her service was too good. I’m pure vegetarian and she was taking care of gloves, knife and everything even I didn’t ask her to do all of these but i was expecting this all. Service was really amazing. I didn’t got this type of service from any location of subway. Now i will be the regular customer of this location. Too good…“
“Recommended: it's pretty good for Subway. They remodeled a while back and it really brought life to the place. The staff are friendly and polite. They are quick to make your sandwich. I ordered a gluten-free sandwich and half-way into the order I asked about whether he heard my order. He said yes, but he wanted to finish the first two sandwiches so that he could change gloves. I appreciated the attention to allergy needs.“
“Me and buddy shared a foot long to save money and mustard was put on the sub but he was allergic so the employee threw out the toppings and replaced them and gave him extra. Great service at this location and great food. Recommend this place.“

“At 10 p.m, we visited Subway, Despite the store closing at 10:30 p.m. Vaidehi made a really good sandwich for us. She was friendly and had a nice smile, never once making us feel rushed. This Subway location has consistently impressed us with its exceptional staff. We enjoyed our meal past closing time, but Vaidehi didn't ask us to leave even though the store was closing. Instead, she said we could stay until 10:45 PM because she was still there. Such outstanding service made for an unforgettable experience.“
