“I saw a review criticizing Shilpa which I found a bit odd since I have been dealing at this location and found Shilpa to be one of the most friendly and efficient of all the staff I have dealt with. I don't know what happened with this customer but my experiences of the past couple of years couldn't have been more positive. Maybe Shilpa was giving the customer some good advice given the concern he had about food allergies but didn't present it in a way that he liked or wanted to hear.“

“Great customer service and very quick! Understood the uber eats instructions properly. I share my sub with my son. I needed two sandwiches with sauces on one and no sauce on the other for my son. Wrapped separately and sauces for my son on the side and hot sauce on the side!. I called and he understood the instructions without me even finishing what I was calling about. “Food was good just like any other sub. We tried vegetarian Sub that was very good and we also took Chicken Rancher was very dry.
The staff who was making my sub was very friendly and polite. But there was another lady i think she was on her break , she was seating in the restaurant with feet up to opposite chair and her shoes and socks were laying on floor as if she is resting at home.
I think that can be avoided. Just imagine I have to seat on the table by side and eat my sub.“
