Ordered my usual pizza sub at the Burlington Mall location and asked for extra cheese told they're only allowed one slice per sub, even though they charge over a dollar for extra cheese. The woman making it barely understood a word I was saying. Paid full price for a dry sub with barely any sauce and no extra cheese. Not worth it. Won't be back to this location.
I went to order my sub, when another worker came up to the front and started talking to the subway worker. Obviously her friend, from another restaurant in the mall. I was trying to tell her my order but she kept talking to her friend and was getting my order wrong. I felt invisible and they acted like i wasnt there.
The customer service at this Subway location inside the mall was extremely disappointing. The person taking my order was rude, disrespectful, and seemed annoyed the entire time. His hands appeared dirty, and he had a strong sweaty odor, which made the experience even more unpleasant. When I asked for napkins, he handed me only a single napkin as if it was a problem to provide basic customer service. His attitude made me feel unwelcome, and the overall experience was very unprofessional....read full review
