“I never goto subway expecting good food anymore. This place was really friggen good though. Everything is fresh and prices are pretty fair. They actually give you what you pay for. 10/10 for a subway location hard to ever manage to find a 5. I will be back“

“The staff member who assisted me was friendly and professional throughout my visit. They prepared my order correctly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was positive. Giving 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, but overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would gladly return.“

“I placed a fairly large lunchtime order in the morning for and event that i was hosting. The order was ready on time it was accurate and the staff was helpful and friendly. “Mani tonight went above and beyond with her customer service. I spent 20 minutes trying to order on the app and put it thru and the server as usual was down and glitchy . It kept placing the order then canceling it . I then bought a gift card to use on the app , since I have done that before and it worked previously. This time nothing worked and the order was making me frustrated at the terrible web experience… she resolved it on her end and we finally got our sandwiches which were great . Store is very clean and bright and the food area organized and clean … best location in Waterloo :)“

“I ordered BOGO Footlong from Subway around 9:55 PM, and Manish was there to serve me. He truly has a magic touch! The way he interacted- so polite, hospitable, and attentive- made my experience unforgettable. This is now my favourite Subway location!
From the way he talks, to the cleanliness of the store, and the smooth, effortless service- everything was perfect. I honestly don’t understand why this location has only 2.9 stars because they absolutely deserve more than 5. The Subway itself was outstanding, and the experience made my evening special.

“Me and wife went there and girl with glasses, I think her is Khushi, was really kind and polite with us. she was quick, and helpful while taking the order. she listened carefully, prepared the sandwich neatly, and kept the counter clean, making the overall experience pleasant and efficient.“

“Always very kind staff. Really quick service and nicely staffed even if they are getting slammed on a Friday night. Washroom access is by request of a key, but you dont need to buy anything to use it thankfully. Not a lot of places let you do that.“
