“This evening my wife and I went to the Lumbertown Ale House for our supper meal. It was quite possibly the best supper meal we have ever had. My wife had the pasta special and I had chicken, I forget which item on the menu but it was spectacular. The décor and general ambience were really cool – brick and rustic woods – very nice without being pretentious. The front end staff were perfect, everything about the meal was so good I asked one of the staff to hug the chef – if it wouldn’t be too weird. She came back a few minutes later laughing and said it was kinda weird but the chef got hugged. There is nothing about this evening I would change. In closing I was quite content to leave the biggest sober tip I have ever left. Absolutely worth it.“
