I absolutely loved everything I ate for lunch. Butternut squash soup, smoked salmon quiche with goat cheese and artichoke, mango salad, pavlova (look how gorgeous and tastes even better!) I highly recommend this hidden gem in Aurora. Can’t wait to return!
The ambience at Bijoys Rstsurant at Aurora is quite homely. The 26-seat dining room may seem a bit congested, but the atmosphere is quite eclectic.The owner, Bijoy, and his wife had their training at the Culinary Institute of America, and they attempt to fuse Indian and Western dishes in most of their offerings.Three of us had gone to the restaurant, and our order included Moroccan salmon, beef stroganoff, and butter chicken.
