“They have great food there but don’t go there hungry. You will be waiting forever for your food. We had many instances where we waited way too long for our food that we just decided not to go back. We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again“

“The food, the atmosphere and the service are all top tier. I am ADDICTED to their Smokey Gar Par wings. They are the perfect balance of savoury and sweet. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. 12/10 Would recommend.“

“Last night was our first time visiting this restaurant. When we arrived, there wasn’t anyone at the front, so we seated ourselves in one section of the restaurant. Later we realized that area was almost closed because it was getting late, and we were completely okay with moving if needed.

Drew came over with such a kind and welcoming attitude and told us we could stay there. From the beginning, she was incredibly warm, professional, and friendly, and she really made us feel comfortable.

I ordered the poutine, and while it personally wasn’t really my favorite, it honestly didn’t take away from the experience at all. I truly believe people don’t return to a restaurant only because of the food. The atmosphere, the service, and the way you are treated matter just as much. Even if one part is missing, a great server can still make people want to come back.

As someone who works as a server myself, I can honestly say Drew was amazing at her job. Her professionalism and positive attitude genuinely made us leave with such a good feeling and definitely made me want to come back again. Thank you, Drew!“

“We frequent Swiss Chalet about once a month. Food is always good as is the service. Today we were at the Yonge And Hreen Land location for lunch. I have to say it was the best quarchicken and baked potatoes ever. Everything was hot, delicious and a nice piece of chicken for both my husband and myself. Everything truly was extremely good, to the point that I mentioned it to our server Anna, who was also super helpful and wonderful. A simple lunch turned out to be a great and enjoyable meal. Thank you Anna and the cooking staff for a great meal“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“

“We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. All in all, this was a perfect afternoon. Also, we have promised ourselves that we are going to do this again next week.“

“Early lunch with friends and this was our first time here. The food and service were both excellent. Homemade gnocchi was delicious and friends that ordered the chicken Marsala also enjoyed their meals. Sebastian was a delightful host. Cozy and warm with delightful jazz standards playing at a reasonable level allowed for easy conversation.“

“I'm a long time fan. But today I tried the Smash Burger. The meat tastes like meat. The thing that struck me most though was that this product completes with McDs. But it's better, fresher, it costs pretty much the same, and you get to sit in a nice civilized environment to enjoy your meal. Try it - you won't be disappointed.“
