It was quite busy upon arrival but Shawna seated us promptly and provided some of the most attentive and exceptional customer service I have experienced in some time. My family and I frequent this restaurant when we are out of the city, and although the food is always incredible and the service is exemplary, Shawna really stood out this evening and I want to acknowledge and commend that. “February 2026, had a great breakfast at Sunset Grill in Keswick. Pepe provided excellent and very professional customer service. I asked for my poached eggs medium (not overly runny), and when one of the three eggs wasn’t quite how I wanted it, he replaced it right away without hesitation. That kind of attention to detail is really appreciated. Service was quick, the waffle was very good, and the overall experience was great. Definitely a place I would return to.“
