Boston Pizza is a great spot for gatherings with friends or family. The food is very delicious, especially the Club wingnight, and the service is generally top-notch and exceptional. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and genuinely makes customers feel welcome. It's a good place to watch sports games, with a great atmosphere. It's perfect for a fun night out with a large group, even with kids. The regular cheese pizza, create your own pasta, and NY steaks are so delicious. However, it can be very cold inside. While the restaurant is beloved, some customers have suggested improvements, like fixing their hours online and being more proactive during the payment process.
