“Went for a late lunch on a Sunday. The wait for a table was not very long, and there is a bar/picnic area where you can have a drink while you wait for your dining table. Amazing selection of drinks and food. I'll definitely be back!”

I ordered the chicken stir fry and garden salad with French dressing, it was amazing. Shri was very attentive suggested what meal to order based on what I was interested in eating and was very professional, polite, and dressed well to please the business and customers' expectations. “We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. “The service here is unbeatable—this is my third visit, and it's consistently exceptional. Out of all the Pearle Hospitality restaurants, this one has the menu that suits my tastes the most. The others lean more toward traditional fine-dining dishes, which you really have to be in the mood for. That said, I do think they could expand the menu slightly with a few more approachable options, like grilled chicken for example.”

“Wonderful little gem of great and affordable food in Cambridge. The food and the service were exemplary. It was not an extensive buffet, but whatever was on offer was very tasty, with nicely balanced seasonings. Best fresh naan bread I've had in a long time. The butter chicken was melt in your mouth tender, so was the lamb. Probably the best Indian food in the KWC area. Will be back for sure.”

Many other locations I have been to, the quality has gone down drastically - but here the service has been great, and the food is always fresh and consistent.
They are definitely changing the oil much more than the other locations too because other places have a very weird taste a lot of the times.”
