I’ve stopped into this Tim’s many times while visiting my grandparents, and I’ve always been pleased with both the service and the food. Everything is timely and fresh, consistently living up to the standards I’ve known since I was a kid.

I observed a staff member handling food without proper hygiene protocols. Specifically, they were wearing a glove on one hand but not on the other — and were using the ungloved hand to touch food (Timbits). This raises concerns about food safety practices. Additionally, it's unclear whether staff who handle food are required to wear hairnets and beard nets, but it did not appear to be enforced at the time. I believe...

Food itself was pretty good, although the preparation was almost the worst ive ever had. i ordered a chocolate creamy chill, which normally has lots of whipped cream on it, and not only did he have to ask if i wanted any, but he also put the tiniest little dollop i have ever seen. Other than that the experience was pretty alright.
