Food was really good. Waitress was horrible. Didn’t great us. Tossed menus our way. Didn’t take a drink order. Didn’t provide condiments for our order. Had to go up and pay (nobody in restaurant, so not busy). On her phone. Didn’t say goodbye. Seemed annoyed the moment we walked in the door. I didn’t want to leave a tip. But she did do the min. Do better girlie. Don’t want to work? Stay home. She alone ruined our experience and won’t be going back.

Homely pub in Bancroft, the sandwiches were delicious. However, the side salad is rather small, while the side dish of fries is very large. Everything delicious.

My husband & I were in a motorcycle ride Saturday September 21/2024 & stopped in to your venue for lunch only to turn around and walk back out due to the rudest hostess I’ve ever met in my life. I work retail customer service for over 30 yrs and never met anyone as rude as the petit blonde hostess that met us at the store. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. She attempted to seat us at a high top table and when we asked for a regular table(due to my husband having difficulties sitting at a high top with his back) she became very upset & rude…..she sat us at the very back of the restaurant, stated it would be an extremely long wait for service & finally just threw the menus on the table. We were quite surprised by the attitude so we ultimately decided to head somewhere else in Bancroft to eat. We’ve been to your establishment many times before and had an awesome meal amongst large motorcycle group rides but today’s venture as certainly turned us off from coming back which is unfortunate for us & for your establishment. I’m sorry to have to contact you with particularly manner but hoping it helps that someone else someone get the same treatment in the future

We came here for a late dinner on Thursday as most other spots were closed. I didn’t think it would be anything special, but we were thoroughly impressed! The Cajun wings were delicious, and the fish and chips were fresh and plentiful. The quesadilla was super juicy too!
We ordered two drinks too of their local draft. Oddly enough, it was served in a Mill Street glass. I think it would'e been more professional if they used one with their name/brand.

Great place to go for samples of beer, mondays is 2$ off beerflights, really good food and atmosphere, you just gotta double check your bill we didnt get our deal but nice place to try whem your up.
