I am a lumber jill and I was doing a hand hewing demonstration at the farm town park in Stirling today. It was very hot. At the end of the day I headed straight for the Bancroft Brewing setup. I asked for the sawmill lager. I work for the lcbo and I have seen that we have a couple of these in our big store. If the rest were as amazing as the gorgeous lager ...I want them all brought in. Bancroft Brewing Co. is a friendly brewery in rural Ontario, offering great tasting beers and excellent service. Visitors praise the welcoming atmosphere, with locals and staff being very accommodating. The brewery has a nice atmosphere, a large, open space with many tables, and a large bar with friendly staff. The wide selection of craft ales on tap and hospitable staff make it a must-visit spot in Bancroft. Visitors can grab an outdoor table overlooking the main street and enjoy freshly made popcorn, or bring in their own food to have with their beer.
