Undeniably one of the worst experiences I’ve had within a food service industry establishment. They gave us trouble asking to substitute one ingredient for another (brownie vs Reece pieces) firstly. Then when we walked back in 5 minutes later to ask for extra pineapple on the Sunday we got (we’d pay the extra 60 cents for the topping) they proceeded to state they are not a grocery store cannot charge for just one topping like that. Will never return to this location again.

We just moved to the area, loved it been many times the staff is awesome, my hubby came here with his grandparents when he was a kid so very special to us, be back soon. Had us at icecream 🍨🍧🌈❤

This is the worst dairy queen I've ever been too. Absolutely no customer service and my blizzard was completely melted and wasn't flipped, service was horrible, the cashier had their arm up on the cashier the entire time and when I mentioned that they said it's their comfort, yeah well my comfort would be to receive proper customer service.
After complaining to the staff all they did was make excuses, saying the syrup for the strawberry cheesecake makes it really soft, I KNOW FOR A FACT THOSE AREN'T SERVED LIQUID. I would never have served that, especially considering I have worked in ice cream.

Small store . Staff have big hearts. always a pleasure to visit and have an ice cream treat. Street parking . Some seating at picnic tables out front and watch the people walk by. Toonie Tuesday is a great time to go.

One of the oldest DQ's ive ever been in...take out only. And its soft serve only. This isnt a grill.Has to be one of the oldest in centeal ontario...the dq sign was cool. Very retro.Never change !
The location is rundown but clean. The older gentleman should not walk behind the counter with animal hair all over his clothes. The ice-cream parfait is lacking the requested items. Their should be enough product to taste in it rather than just ice-cream. But mikayla has a great attitude and very accommodating.
