When I was there, the service was quite shocking. We were hardly checked on, the food took ages, and they were certainly understaffed because our poor waitress must’ve been the only one on the floor. The margarita was syrupy and anything in the fryer was over cooked besides my chicken tenders which were actually quite nice. I ordered a salad with no cheese and after waiting around 30 mins it came out with cheese. The food was fine but the service needs a makeover, hope to see some changes next time around
Food was awesome. Well worth the stop.
Very friendly restaurant (it was no problem to change seats from the patio anywhere to the inside because of the temperature, even after all orders were placed). Food was also good.

Great food with a nice atmosphere. We have eaten indoors and on the balcony and both were fine

We often stop here on our way back to the city from backcountry camping trips in Algonquin Provincial Park. Excellent burgers (try the firebreather), good beer selection and most of all, very friendly and helpful staff! They were very patient with our group's orders, which included requests for vegan dishes and other specific dietary needs. They even prepared a special meal of boiled chicken, carrots and rice for my dog -- and the cook even came out himself to present my dog with the meal. Great place!

Kaytlin was our server and she was excellent, very attentive, she provided guidance on the wine & dinner selections. I had the braised beef ravioli and my wife had the blackened Halibut. Both dishes were very well prepared and tasty. We were very impressed with the presentation and how delicious our meals were. Our compliments to the Chef and Staff at The Granite, well done!!

Stopped in for a late lunch while out on my 🏍️. Waitress was cheerful and very good. My meal came out quickly and was delicious. Honey garlic wings and a small Caesar salad plus a drunken brownie for dessert 😋😋

Really nice outdoor setting. We had the chicken wings and fish tacos. Both were very delicious!
We glanced at the meals from the other tables; they looked fantastic! Our waitress Christine was super friendly. A really nice lunch. We'll return :)

Have been here before and have had great food and service, not today, we realized it was busy and were prepared to have bit of a wait . However, it took 1hour and 45 minutes for the food to arrive . My wings were almost cold, didn’t get my fries, my wife ordered the original burger no onions, arrived no onions no tomatoe no lettuce no, was lukewarm and dry, she didn’t even eat half 👎 Fries were lukewarm. Granddaughter ordered Caesar salad with chicken, it was chicken fingers 🤦♂️ on top. Other granddaughter ordered chicken fingers with fries tossed in wing sauce, she didn’t finish those. 👎 My son had the fish tacos, his opinion was “ meh” I sent my wings back, didn’t get charged for thank god, also comped my beer and soda water, great, wasn’t looking for free, just hot tasty food . Didn’t get that and waitress said “ once I press the order button I have no control “ NEVER EVER AGAIN!

While visiting friends up at there cottage, we decided to go out for dinner and drove about 25 min to eat at The Granite. We arrived at 5:30 pm where seated by 5:50 pm. We ordered our drinks and dinner by 5:55 pm. While waiting for our dinner we had a couple of drinks to pass the time. We waited and waited and waited for our dinner. In the meantime our drinks were empty and no waitress around for at least 20 mins. We finally received our dinners around 7:20 pm to find some of the food was not even warm or enjoyable to eat. Chicken wraps cold and chewy and fries soggy and cold. Wife had Falafels and they were so over cooked it was like cracking a walnut. Our friends had the same Chicken wrap and just as bad . This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had for dinner. No one kept us informed why the food was taking so long and when the Food came it was horrible. Service was very slow and the only good thing was the live music. Not sure if we will visit this place again.

I love going to this restaurant but prefer sitting outside on their patio. When I went 2 weeks ago it was very busy so had to sit inside and it was quite noisy with a full house.

We stayed in Brancroft for a few days and were informed by locals that this was a higher end dining experience. We went on Tueaday August 12 and ordered the spinach dip, which was incredible. We wanted the Seafood fettuccine without the bacon but it was wrapped around the scallops so we eliminated them from the dish. We were not offered an alternative or anything else. When we received the dish, it had 3 shrimp, just 3 and that was all for a dish that cost $37. The taste was bland, not creamy, not cheesy, nothing, we tried to find the server to ask for parmigian but couldn't find them. We didn't finish the meal and left very disappointed in the experience. I feel bad for not saying anything but the more I think about it the more upset I get at 3 shrimp. Thanks for your time
