Worst drive thru ever. I had to wait for literally more than 10 minutes, when I asked the guy at the window Jeeshaan he was like we have many orders but I was the only one in the drive so thru, also people go to drive for faster services not delays.

We were the only ones in the line at the counter, but it took well over five minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We waited for ten minutes to get our food, as we were assured it would be fresh. However, none of the four combos had fresh fries or burgers. As we waited, several delivery services came in to pick up their orders, and we thought that's where the fresh food went. Additionally, I noticed that the manager touched raw burgers and then other surfaces without washing his hands, causing cross-contamination.

The food is very delicious, especially the mama burger. All the staff members are very nice and friendly. The guy named AJ makes a very tasty mama burger. The service is also fast. All the members have good coordination among them.
