The food is very delicious, especially the mama burger. All the staff members are very nice and friendly. The guy named AJ makes a very tasty mama burger. The service is also fast. All the members have good coordination among them.
Nothing special about franchise burger restaurant. Food mostly the same. Differences among locations might be noticeable in terms of efficiency, customer service, and cleanliness- in particular washroom. One location is not recommended though, Bayfield Street, Barrie.

We were the only ones in the line at the counter, but it took well over five minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We waited for ten minutes to get our food, as we were assured it would be fresh. However, none of the four combos had fresh fries or burgers. As we waited, several delivery services came in to pick up their orders, and we thought that's where the fresh food went.
