We just ordered food from here and although they had completely gotten our order wrong (literally 5/5 burgers wrong), they were quick to fix it. 5 stars because I'm utterly exhausted, with a hangry family and I'm just incredibly grateful for their kindness and assistance when I felt like I was on the brink of tears. The A&W staff are very unprofessional. There are always only 2 people working and don't take well over 10 min to take your order then when they do it takes them another 5+ just to make a. Simple buddy burger.
