Staff using parking spots in front of store. Overall I have found this to be an excellent place to do business. I get food from A&W quite often. My biggest complaint is that the staff use the parking spots right in front of the store. At times I have seen three cars parked in customer spots .. and I was the only one in the store! We just ordered food from here and although they had completely gotten our order wrong (literally 5/5 burgers wrong), they were quick to fix it. 5 stars because I'm utterly exhausted, with a hangry family and I'm just incredibly grateful for their kindness and assistance when I felt like I was on the brink of tears. Oct 3, 2025 - I received the best service today I've ever experienced at an a&w. The moment I mentioned food allergy the employee instantly inform the rest of the staff that there was a food allergy and that they must wash their hands.
This employee deserves an award!!
