Id leave zero stars if I could. Was told the space was reserved for a function we were hosting and was intending on dropping off payment within the week. Then got a phone call saying someone else booked it. I suggest you take some tips from Donaleighs across the street as to how to handle events and bookings. Communication was horrible!! Don't reccomend.

Karissa and Amber were absolutely amazing and took care of our big group so nicely. They were extremely professional and provided an amazing experience for our party. A night to remember for sure and I will definitely be back!

Don’t go here! The owner’s friends will grope you and harass you and if you deny them get physical with you with no consequences It’s also 12 dollars for one drink and 7 dollars for most shots U will not be safe here if you are a female please be aware even if security or staff want to help they are usually told to leave it be

I recently have my 30th birthday party here and had the best time. The staff is amazing, especially the manager Carissa, she was super accommodating and very helpful. The food was great and everyone loved the atmosphere. Such a great location and great service, would highly recommend having a party here.

The servers and bouncers were really rude and discriminate homeless people , I gave money to a homeless man to eat and the workers told me not to give them money .

Moved to barrie last week and exploring pubs and restaurants around my place , 2 stars are only because the perogies were good. The Music was way too loud, was not able to have a conversation with my friend! I asked the waitress if she can turn the volume little down but she didn’t turned the volume down, moreover played the music even more louder !

The lounge itself was great.. staff up there were awesome .. HOWEVER.. do not leave anything important behind.. I left a bag that contained my wallet, ID, Car keys, Shop Keys, work vehicle keys in the lounge after close.. staff downstairs had no ability to get into the upstairs, no key holder was present until after 6, took 2 days to get my stuff back. the manager was abosolutely the rudest interaction I have had in a LONG time and was not shy about communicating the obvious inconvenience it was for her to go upstairs and retrieve my bag that contained my life in it I had been without for 2 days ..all the other staff were GREAT .. everyone else .. super helpful .. manager... ???
Amazing location for private parties and functions/events! Rental is super affordable and comes with fantastic friendly bartenders ;)) Club nights on Tuesday are open to the public and they are a unique midweek vibe that must be experienced!

Amazing wedding reception here. The girls who were bartending were absolutely rude. We always use Ascent lounge for family functions. Thank goodness it was the first rude experience. Always amazing times here otherwise. Wasn't letting 2 snobs ruin our wedding night. We sure missed our regular bartender's. Food was great
