I recently have my 30th birthday party here and had the best time. The staff is amazing, especially the manager Carissa, she was super accommodating and very helpful. The food was great and everyone loved the atmosphere. Such a great location and great service, would highly recommend having a party here.
The lounge itself was great.. staff up there were awesome .. HOWEVER.. do not leave anything important behind.. I left a bag that contained my wallet, ID, Car keys, Shop Keys, work vehicle keys in the lounge after close.. staff downstairs had no ability to get into the upstairs, no key holder was present until after 6, took 2 days to get my stuff back. the manager was abosolutely the rudest interaction I have had in a LONG time and was not shy about communicating the obvious inconvenience...
