“Milan is the single greatest customer service worker I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made an okay night, UNFORGETTABLE. He may as well have cured my terminal illness and saved my cat from a tree. He is THAT DUDE. Very attentive and joyful, making our visit full of laughter and whimsy. I hope Burger King knows how lucky they are to have such an elite staff member on their squad.“
“I order a whopper combo with cheese, large fries (no salt) and med drink with a kids meal on the side. When waiting for my order i notice they placed a med fries inside the bag, one staff member caught it before giving it to me. I thanked her for checking, she usually the woman on cash for the drive Thur. But! when i got to my destination, my sandwich was completely wrong. I got a burger with ketchup. My burger wrapper says #63 while the receipt that was tapped to the bag says #62. Buying food is just too expensive to take the loss. Just got to be better, speed is good but accuracy is more important.
Side note - there’s a young guy that works there in the evening that by the sounds of him is a student or young adult. He’s good, always accurate, friendly and takes the appropriate time to getting the order right. Wish I could remember his name!
I came back to edit my review and give credit where it due. I contacted their customer service and the customer service was really good. Quick replies, treated me well and just simply apologized, so they deserve their rating back and I’m a satisfied customer again. I appreciate someone actually getting back to me“
